Please be sure to give us the name, personnel number and login of the person concerned and, in the case of project time recording, the project concerned or, in the case of planning, the planning day.
When?
Please tell us the date on which a person or project was affected (in time-related cases).
Which view?
Please let us know which view (i.e. screen) or which views are affected or in which programme area the fault is visible.
Sreenshots created?
Pictures speak louder than words.... Whenever possible, enclose screenshots of the fault that has occurred.
