Scope
This privacy policy is intended to inform users and this website and our customers about the nature, scope and purpose of the collection and use of personal data. Personal data is understood to mean all information relating to an identified or identifiable person.

Purpose of the data processing
We process the personal data that we receive from our customers and other business partners in the course of our business relationship with them and other persons involved in this relationship or that we collect from their users when operating our websites, apps, shops and other applications. Data processing is necessary for the establishment and execution of a business relationship and the fulfilment of the associated contractual obligations. Google Analytics
To improve our website and the user experience as well as for statistical evaluations of the visitor access to your website, we use functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics from the provider Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google Analytics uses cookies that are stored on your end device and enable an analysis of your use of our website. We use the function "Activation of IP anonymisation" on our website. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.

According to Google's own information, the transmitted IP address will never be merged with other Google data.

Hub spot
We use Hubspot, a service provided by Hubspot Inc. of the United States, for analysis and communication purposes on this site. (hereinafter "Hubspot"). Hubspot uses web beacons and cookies to help us analyze your use of our site. Linking Social Media Pages
We also use so-called plug-ins from social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, LinkedIn, XING or Instagram on our websites. This is always visible to you (typically via corresponding symbols). We have configured these elements so that they are deactivated by default. If you activate them (by clicking on them), the operators of the respective social networks can register that you are on our website and where and can use this information for their purposes. Newsletter - Dispatch service provider
The newsletters are sent via the mailing service provider "MailChimp", a newsletter mailing platform of the US provider Rocket Science Group, LLC, 675 Ponce De Leon Ave NE #5000, Atlanta, GA 30308, USA. The privacy policy of the mail order service provider can be viewed here: https://mailchimp.com/legal/privacy/. The Rocket Science Group LLC d/b/a MailChimp is certified under the Privacy Shield Agreement and thus offers a guarantee to comply with the European level of data protection (https://www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt0000000TO6hAAG&status=Active). The mail order service provider is used on the basis of our legitimate interests according to art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO and an order processing contract according to art. 28 para. 3 sentence 1 DSGVO. The mail-order service provider may use the recipient's data in pseudonymous form, i.e. without assigning it to a user, to optimise or improve its own services, e.g. for technical optimisation of the dispatch and presentation of newsletters or for statistical purposes. However, the dispatch service provider does not use the data of our newsletter recipients to write to them itself or to pass the data on to third parties.
Retention period and deletion of stored data
We will retain your personal data for as long as we consider it necessary or appropriate to comply with applicable laws or for as long as it is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. We will delete your personal data as soon as it is no longer required and in any event after the maximum retention period of five or ten years required by law. Data that are no longer required and for which there is no legal obligation to retain them will be deleted once the purpose and justification for doing so no longer apply.
The storage of personal data processed on systems provided for customers and operated by us is governed by the customer's legally or professionally prescribed storage and retention periods.
